Where do I go to check in on SATURDAY, August 13th?

• You will meet us at the RHA desk in the AGH Hall outside room 107! 

  To check-in you will need to have your OSU Student ID.

Where do I go to move-in? Do I need to do anything beforehand?

• Any questions regarding move-in can be directed to the Housing and Residential Life Office.

  You can reach them at 405-744-5592.

What do I do if I feel sick during conference? 

• If you are displaying any virus symptoms, contact us at rhainvolvement@okstate.edu immediately for further instructions. We may have some online options or wave your need to be at the conference. Your meals will be delivered to your door during our allocated lunch and/or dinner times contact-free.

How do we contact you with further questions?

• Anything conference related can be directed to our PTP Co-Chairs. You can email us at rhainvolvement@okstate.edu. Any RHA general questions can be directed to our President, Michael McDonald. His email is rhapresident@okstate.edu.

Do I need to bring anything?

• Be sure to have your OSU Student ID with you in order to swipe in for attendance and to enter your residence hall! We also suggest that you bring a pen and paper to take notes during sessions, and highly recommend bringing a personal laptop for completion of breakout session tasks!

Are meals provided?

• Lunch and Dinner will be provided some days of the conference. Breakfast will not be provided.
